Dane Flanigan is recruiting for a 14 weeks contract in Pittsburgh rehab facility for a Step-Down RN.

• Coordinate educational activities and use resources to develop and implement an individualized learning and discharge plan with clients and their families
• Performs hands-on nursing care
• Gives direction and supervision of other nursing personnel, demonstrates professional judgment, uses problem solving techniques
• Schedule nursing care activities in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to facilitate achievement of overall goals
• Orchestrates an entire approach to meeting patient's medical, vocational, educational, and environmental needs

COMPENSATION

Hourly: $ 48

Overtime: $72 (after 40 hours)

BENEFITS

Full Benefits after 2 months ( medical, dental, vision)

SCHEDULE

32 hours guaranteed per week

3 /12's

3:00pm 11:30pm

Every other weekend

CONTRACT

10 weeks

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Current RN Pennsylvania license Required

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of nursing

• Bachelor's Degree
