As a US Cellular Authorized Agent, Consulting on Wireless offers an exciting incentive-based sales compensation package. We are a privately held Wisconsin based company that has been in business for 15 years. Consulting on Wireless is currently looking to hire part-time Retail Sales Associates. We can provide opportunity for growth professionally and personally and help you develop excellent sales and customer service skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist new and existing customers. Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards. Be self-motivated, goal oriented, and participate as a team player. Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company while creating the ideal customer experience with every interaction. Assist and participation in community events. Perform other duties as assigned by sales management. COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: $11-$18/hour after commission and bonus opportunities. Looking to fill 15-25 hours per week REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in retail sales or customer service. Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
