    vCIO (Client Strategy Manager)

    Full-time | West Palm Beach, FL

    We’re a fast-growing Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) looking for a vCIO to join our team. Also known as a Client Strategy Manager internally, this role is all about being a strategic partner to our clients — helping them align technology with their business goals, plan ahead, and make smart decisions that reduce risk and drive growth.

    This is not an account manager or sales role. It’s a mix of business advisor, technology translator, and proactive relationship builder. You’ll be the go-to person for clients when it comes to their IT strategy — someone they trust to connect the dots between their business needs and our technical solutions.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead regular Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) with client stakeholders

    • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps and budgets for each client

    • Build strong, ongoing relationships with client decision-makers

    • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across security, compliance, and operations

    • Translate technical findings from our Technology Alignment team into client-facing recommendations

    • Collaborate with internal teams (CTMs, Solutions Engineers, Project Managers) to scope and prioritize initiatives

    • Coordinate proposals and solution designs with Solutions Engineers

    • Monitor the execution and business impact of projects and service initiatives

    • Contribute to internal standards and alignment processes across the company

    • Support client onboarding and help refine our approach over time

    What You Bring

    Required:

    • Strategic client-facing experience in an MSP, SaaS, or IT services environment

    • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, etc.)

    • Ability to connect technology to business value — not just features, but outcomes

    • Confidence presenting to both technical teams and executive leadership

    • Clear, concise communication — written, spoken, and visual

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle priorities

    Nice to Have:

    • Familiarity with ConnectWise, IT Glue, N-able, or Microsoft 365 administration

    • Understanding of EOS, TruMethods, or similar frameworks

    • Background in IT consulting, account management, or technical leadership
