The vFairs platform is used by some of the biggest brands in the international market including the likes of T-Mobile, Nestle, Motorola, SAP, Abbott and Cornell University. We have a fast-growing presence all over the world with over 200 employees remotely working from the United States, Canada, Spain, UAE, Pakistan, Singapore and Australia. ABOUT THE ROLE Do you have what it takes to scale a winning team with exceptional talent? Do you have an eye (or eyes) for spotting amazing talent? Are you game to bring people together to create something revolutionary? We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment efforts globally to assemble the best team possible to take vFairs to the next level. The ideal candidate would be someone comfortable in building distributed teams and getting top technical, sales, marketing and operations talent on board, especially in the North American and European markets. What you will be doing:

    • Managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews to dealing with paperwork to hire them. You're the people bringer.
    • Work with our Applicant Tracking System (BreezyHR) to manage your hiring activities and talent pipeline.
    • Creating onboarding plans for new hires so that they race towards productivity.
    • Developing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
    • Manage compensation and benefits for all positions at the office.
    • Strive to create a close-knit community despite the distances. You make the tribe click.
    • Work with Business Directors and Product Managers to understand talent needs and produce the goods.

    What you need to have:

    • Minimum 5 years of working experience (preferably in the IT or Internet Industry)
    • BS/MS Degree in HR or related field
    • Knowledge of local labor laws (specifically United States/Canada)
    • Ability to work with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets and word processing software
