    Job Description

    THE JOB- MARKETING COORDINATOR                            

    viastore is currently searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in Grand Rapids, MI. This individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, assist in the development of new initiatives, and be an integral part to the success of the marketing team and the company.

    The ideal candidate will have an understanding of a wide range of business-to-business (B2B) marketing functions, including digital marketing, database management, analytics, events and content creation. The Marketing Coordinator must have the ability to multi-task, be self-driven, organized and agile, and can work in a fast-environment with tight deadlines. 

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    1. Assist marketing leadership in developing and executing the company’s B2B marketing strategy
    2. Assist in developing content for viastore North America’s various channels and formats, including web pages, email campaigns, newsletters, print collateral, social media, and more
    3. Support social media strategy and manage implementation in line with marketing plan while ensuring cohesive voice and messaging across all platforms
    4. Maintain CRM system and create reports for sales and other members of the management team
    5. Assist with all elements of marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix, including both implementation and response tracking
    6. Assist with in preparing for all marketing events and post-event follow up and metrics

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    1. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
    2. 2+ years of experience in business to business marketing and project coordination or management.

     

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    1. Knowledge of B2B marketing including traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
    2. Knowledge of google analytics
    3. Strong attention to detail
    4. Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
    5. Exception verbal and written communication skills
    6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
    7. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
    8. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for web site management
