    Los Angeles based h.Club is looking for our next Club Membership Manager.

    Scheduled to open in late 2018, h.Club LA will be London’s h.Club debut US extension, a vibrant home away from home for creatives to the West Coast.

    Located on the iconic corner of Hollywood and Vine, h.Club LA will encompass five floors of spaces designed to host and showcase creativity.

    The second venture for the group will have onsite health and wellness facilities, a live performance space, bedrooms, a creative workspace, curated outdoor spaces as well as lounges, bars, a member restaurant and a screening room.

    h.Club LA is where people will come to connect, collaborate and create. For you that means opportunities to work across an incredibly diverse group of people, set of disciplines, projects, problems, and domains. It means experiencing in just one day what many people might only experience in a lifetime.

     

    AS A MEMBER ON OUR TEAM YOU WILL… act as club ambassador and is responsible for identifying, recruiting and enrolling new members that work or are engaged in the creative industries including Art, Entertainment, Fashion, Sports and Technology – by

    • Building a strong relationship with Club members and maintain high visual presence both in and out of the Club by attending internal and external member events
    • Identifying prospective members through internal and external contacts
    • Developing and executing interesting and fun recruiting events to encourage membership enrolment
    • Managing the administration of the members’ database (Resort Suite) and oversee all communication with members

     

    You will bring this experience and skillsets…

    • 5 years’ experience in the creative media environment and private club membership
    • Experience overseeing membership recruitment and retention within a membership program; strong Sales or PR Background a plus
    • Proven track record of juggling priorities/projects and delivering against tight time scales
    • Strong aptitude with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding written and oral communication skills
