Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, processing transactions at the register.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and dessert displays.

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

Promote daily specials and new dessert offerings to enhance customer experience.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a waitstaff or cashier role preferred. Weekend and nighttime availability is a must!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.

Passion for desserts and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Food handler's certification is a plus.
