  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

                   

    • Close cooperation with World of Tanks PC Product group, global publishing team and regional marketing specialists to cater the regional audience with proper marketing communication and campaigns
    • Gather insights on the regional markets and audience to build communication strategy, test hypotises and acquire players effectively
    • Participate in the creation process of regional marketing assets (art, video, banners, landing pages, etc.)
    • Create marketing plans and participate in the budgeting process for the upcoming regional marketing efforts
    • Provide Global team with timely reports on the campaigns performance and improvement suggestions
    • Drive marketing RnD efforts in the region to find and develop new channels
    • Manage key regional partners for promotions, sponsorships and partnerships
    • Manage special projects of various kind and scale

     

     

     

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of relevant experience in gaming industry
    • Experience with PC titles, especially with F2P business model
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
    • Knowledge of digital marketing (SEM, SEO, SMM, RTB, OLV mechanics)
    • Analytical approach and ability to set correct tasks to analytics teams and interpret the output data
    • Multitasking and getting things done
    • Regional working experience
