    WHAT PROS DO:

    • Provide support by answering customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat.
    • Communicate with internal teammates, clients, and account managers about services and trends in order to resolve customer inquiries and exceed service delivery standards.

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    • Customer Support (CS) experience.
    • Ability to multitask. For example: Ability to listen and talk to a customer while typing to research issues or reviewing and updating customer account information.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced setting.
    • Consistent attendance.
    • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor even during challenging customer interactions.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with team members, management, clients, and customers.
    • Empathy for customers.
    • Troubleshooting experience with online software.
    • Strong desire to get things done for the sake of the customer and the business.
    • Computer and consistent internet access. Mobile devices other than laptop computers are not sufficient.
    • Attention to detail.

    PHYSICAL FACTORS:

    • TALK/LISTEN: Pros are required to actively listen and speak with customers for the majority of their work hours.
    • COMPUTER, KEYBOARD, AND MOUSE: Pros are regularly required to navigate Customer Support softwares, input customer information, conduct research, communicate online with teammates/management/clients/customers.

    CURRENT SHIFTS (PT and FT available):

    • WEEKDAYS and WEEKENDS US business hours
      • 8a-4p CST
      • 9a-5p CST
      • 10a-6p CST
      • 11a-7p CST
    • Emphasis on WEEKENDS. Especially looking for support Fri/Sat/Sun. Let's talk about your availability. :)
