    Job Description

    What You’ll Do:

    Operations

    • Responsible for tracking and managing deal flow process, inclusive of data entry, rights hierarchy, finance approval, and international approvals.
    • Responsible for maintaining and updating centralized files for all licensing-related documents and materials (i.e. hardlines / softlines tracker, retail placement chart, licensee list, MID notes, etc.)
    • Assist in researching potential licensing and promotional partners.
    • Manage all NDA, press release, and customs requests.
    • Organize and maintain all contractual samples.

    Account Coordination

    • Manage sub-category under the guidance and supervision of VP, Licensing, including account. management, product development, forecasting and retail placement updates.
    • Attend calls / meetings with existing and potential partners as well as key stakeholders.
    • Responsible for onboarding of new licensees on Peanuts Worldwide processes and guidelines.
    • Communicate brand updates to licensees, including new style guides, social media reports, marketing materials, etc.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Experience in Licensing, or business related role preferred
    • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally
    • Expert proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Intermediate Excel experience (basic formula and charts)
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Collaborative team player
    • Ability to be resilient and adaptable as this role will manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong follow-up, organizational and time management skills
