Joining our small, energetic consulting team, you will provide valuable assistance to our clients in the realm of international policy compliance and business strategy. As the Jr. Policy Analyst, your key responsibilities will involve monitoring, evaluating, and effectively communicating pertinent international policy developments and business strategy advancements to the respective project team(s). In line with our clients' objectives, you will contribute to the formulation of strategies and positions that either mitigate risks or enhance opportunities, while also supporting internal advocacy endeavors pertaining to crucial initiatives. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, an inquisitive nature, creative thinking, and proficient analytical skills. Additionally, the capacity to deliver your findings in a concise and comprehensible manner will be essential. What are your responsibilities ? * Conduct research and analyze international policy issues, analyze policies, regulations, and competitive trends to create concise and engaging decision support documents. * Develop and maintain project plans for various project tasks and ensure these tasks are documented and managed in a timely, consistent, and client-satisfying manner. * Work collaboratively and transparently with the client's business and legal teams to ensure alignment between core business priorities and various international policy regulations. Required skills: * Demonstrated capacity to effectively prioritize and handle a diverse range of tasks concurrently, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability. * Ability to work both independently and within a team setting. * Proficiency in critical thinking and synthesizing multiple data sources to create actionable assessments. * Skill in visually representing information and data to craft concise and compelling narratives, delivering impactful presentations. * Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Must be proficient in the use of standard Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel is a plus. * Must have completed an undergraduate degree in related discipline. * Proven international policy, or legal, or analytics experience is a plus.
