We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our team of housekeepers and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping management, industrial cleaning, and custodial work.

Duties:

• Manage a team of housekeepers and custodians
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Train new employees on cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Monitor the performance of the housekeeping staff
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
