Young, Marr, Mallis & Deane, a 4 attorney law firm with primary office in lower Bucks County, with additional offices in PA and NJ seeking lawyer to join our well established practice.  We are looking for an entrepreneurial attorney, self-motivated starter who is a team player.  We offer opportunity for real growth - quickly. Must be willing to learn, adjust and travel to our New Jersey offices and courts in PA and NJ.  We offer a fast-paced, cordial work environment with salary and incentives, health benefits and 401(k).

Ideal candidate:

• 1-3 years' bankruptcy experience (preferably Debtors)

• Criminal experience a strong plus

• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks while maintaining strong time management skills

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills as client contact is a major facet of the job

• Must be extremely organized and detail oriented

• Portables and/or ability to generate business in these or other areas a plus
