Job Description
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking to add a full-time, in-house IT Technical Recruiter to our staff, with 0-1 year experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with our hiring leaders primarily for hiring top talent in Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Primarily be able to manage bench sales marketing.
- Ability to develop and execute recruiting plans
- · Oversee the effective relationships with colleges and universities, student organizations, faculty, special interest groups and other sources for potential entry level and internship candidates
- Identifying and screening resumes for project needs working with hiring managers
- · Must have good understanding on IT technologies.
- · Accurately document and track candidates in the applicant tracking system
- · Assist with all applicant tracking and data reconciliation
- · Assist in collection of candidate feedback.
- · Track employee referral program
- Provide weekly status reports about open requisitions and recruiting activities to hiring managers and HR leadership.
- · Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- · 0- - 1 year of recruiting experience preferred-not mandatory.
- · Strong written and verbal communication skills
- · Strong organization and time management skills
- · Strong technology skills, especially using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- · Must be a self-starter, highly driven and self-motivated, and likes a challenge, and is proactive in looking for ways to improve strategy, processes and procedures.
