    Job Description

    Due to our continued growth, we are seeking to add a full-time, in-house IT Technical  Recruiter to our staff, with 0-1 year experience.  The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with our hiring leaders primarily for hiring top talent in Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Human Resources.  

    Responsibilities:

         

    • Primarily be able to manage bench sales marketing.
    • Ability to develop and execute recruiting plans
    • · Oversee the effective relationships with colleges and universities, student organizations, faculty, special interest groups and other sources for potential entry level and internship candidates
    • Identifying and screening resumes for project needs working with hiring managers
    • · Must have good understanding on IT technologies.
    • · Accurately document and track candidates in the applicant tracking system
    • · Assist with all applicant tracking and data reconciliation
    • · Assist in collection of candidate feedback.
    • · Track employee referral program
    • Provide weekly status reports about open requisitions and recruiting activities to hiring managers and HR leadership.
    • · Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • · 0- - 1 year of recruiting experience preferred-not mandatory.
    • · Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • · Strong organization and time management skills
    • · Strong technology skills, especially using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • · Must be a self-starter, highly driven and self-motivated, and likes a challenge, and is proactive in looking for ways to improve strategy, processes and procedures.
