• Act as a liason for the visitors entering the Jacksonville International Airport
• Meet, greet and interact with visitors looking for transportation.
• Promote and educate visitors about the zTrip brand, our mission, and how we can help them.
• Assist passengers with general questions regarding directions, transportations services, or arranging wheelchair access.
• Representatives often handle customer complaints and concerns.
