    Job Description

    OPPORTUNITY: This is a unique opportunity in outside sales to make serious commissions and the opportunity to build a career at an early-stage company with room for professional growth. This is done by selling benefits; health, dental, vision insurance and more to businesses. You will consult with businesses to help them find the best benefits to fit their employees. Expert training, coaching and support will equip you to win. References from a solid and happy customer base will increase your ability to be successful.

    1. We offer a base salary plus commission

    2. Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, LTD, FSA, voluntary critical illness & accident

    3. Expenses as approved – including stipend for cell phone

    4. Company laptop

    REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Candidate must demonstrate authentic hospitality, dependable excellence, and optimistic energy in past, present and future interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners.

    7. Excellent ability to communicate in writing or verbally

    8. College degree preferred.

    9. Finally, candidate must hold or be willing to secure a Wisconsin Insurance Intermediary License in the lines of Life and Accident & Health. zizzl will help guide you through the process.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Leads generated through our advertising will be shared. You must also generate your own leads and utilize your "centers of influence" (COI). (at zizzl, relationship always trump all).

    2. Coordinate with zizzl resources to build and make effective presentations to prospects.

    3. Manage the sale process from lead generation to close.

    4. Maintain accurate prospect account and opportunity data in sales automation system (CRM) on a timely basis.

    5. Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential clients.

    6. Meet expectations of company set goals.

    7. Actively participate in zizzl sponsored professional development and training.
