As a member of the consumer MBA program, I have an opportunity to enhance my managerial skills. It also provides me a touch point directly to the customer. I currently operate in the role of a consumer market manager, where I have the opportunity to develop tactical strategies to help drive customer growth. What really attracted me to the bank was that I was able to connect with some of the products that it offers its 50 plus million customers, ranging from checking accounts to savings accounts, retirement accounts. It was a fast paced environment, but it kept innovation at its forefront.
