Who we are

For over 30 years, FTI has been in the business of helping the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies implement informed and wise decisions to solve difficult problems. With over $139 million in Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program Investments in our technology, FTI is continuing to invest in developing new technologies, tools, and techniques. The culture of FTI is clearly our primary discriminator. From the very beginning, the culture emphasized doing what was right, not only for the customers who pay for our services, but also for the employees who perform the services, and for the neighbors and others in the communities in which we all live.

Fun Facts

FTI was founded in Santa Barbara, CA in May of 1985 by Mr. Lavon F. Jordan, and Mr. Joseph S. Hashem. The company spent the first five years servicing the Air Force aircraft community predominantly via its second office in Dayton, Ohio.
