The Global Semiconductor Alliance is a nonprofit member organization that represents 25 countries and 250 corporate members, including 100 public companies. GSA’s Women’s Leadership Initiative works to elevate the representation of women in leadership roles within the semiconductor industry while helping to grow the number of STEM-focused female candidates in that field. WLI's University Programs focuses on creating partnerships with universities, enabling WLI to affect more young women and underrepresented people, educating them on the opportunities of the semiconductor industry and motivating them to pursue a semiconductor career.
“There are many associations that you can be a member of, but Global Semiconductor Alliance stands out. GSA provides a fabulous place to bring the top people together of the semiconductor industry to learn, to find out about the statistics, but also to interact directly with the people that really make a difference. From that perspective, GSA is just a fabulous organization.”
