At L'Oréal, we prove that there is no single and unique model of beauty, but an infinite diversity of forms of beauty linked to periods, culture, history, and personalities. L'Oréal offers a diverse portfolio of products with more than 35 International brands sold through multiple distribution channels, both traditional and digital. We are committed to building diverse and inclusive teams to ensure its products meet the needs and aspirations of every form of beauty across the globe. Our diversity and inclusion fuel innovation, aspiration, and ambition and help L'Oréal create the beauty that moves the world.
My advice to somebody new who's joining the company is to really invest your early years and early time at the company building your network. You know, whether that be the intern class or training class that you're a part of, or your cross-functional partners that you're just getting to know. It's interesting that over the years you'll see that, you know, the people that you've built these informal connections with will ultimately end up in other roles or other functions that you work quite closely with. So, investing your time in building your network is a really important part of working at L'Oreal, because most of the work that we do here is with teams, and you can't get anything done really without, you know, the partnership and working with other people. So, spend that time, grab that coffee with somebody that maybe you wouldn't normally, and just get to know people. Because it really is a great place to work where people support each other.
