• Performed thermal analysis at the system, subsystem, and component levels on the Orion crew module to verify component temperatures against acceptance and qual limits for the Artemis 1 & 2 missions.
• Assisted with Artemis 1 TVAC test preparation and monitoring for the months of December to February.
• Aided and verified thermocouple installation through touch tests.
• Monitored sensitive component temperatures on Dynavac TDAS (thermal data acquisition system).
• o Created tools and made time-sensitive decisions to protect sensitive components (heat shield, batteries, avionics boxes) from hot and cold extremes.
