• Responsible for deriving insights from historical data to support predictive capacity management for a large infrastructure team. Achieved enhanced predictability in projecting capacity and attained an increased efficiency in capacity planning by 65%. • Implemented an automated weekly capacity report which directly contributed to the team’s ability to deliver on 46 additional high priority requests in 3 months • Developed a web-based Capacity Management Dashboard using Angular JS, Java, and Spring boot to support planning and oversight by the management team. Handled the end-to-end development of the datastore capacity dashboard which included approximately 656 lines of code. • Improved the quality & consistency of reporting by using Tableau to streamline various data sources and dashboards
