• ▪ Classified chemicals in their respective hazard classes for hazardous material identifications system (HMIS), and collected data on usage and storage to put together submittal packages for city permitting
• ▪ Performed toxicity dilution calculation by utilizing toxicological data to get a more accurate representation mixture toxicity, this resulted in many chemicals to be reclassified as non-toxic which removes the need for H-4 occupancy saving the company the cost for upgrades
• ▪ Created a compliance checklist for process safety management (PSM) per OSHA 1910.119 and presented it to leadership pushing forward improvements in regard to process safety information (PSI) and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)
