- Manufacturing Engineer - Advanced Automation - Associate Automation Engineer- Advanced Automation - Provided support for multiple automated systems which include: 7 ADS Robots, 4 IDRD Robots, 4 Spray Robots - 3 MIP Robots, 6 AGVs, & 70 projectors - Advanced Automation team lead. Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance across all automated system on F - 35 assembly line. Perform anomaly analysis and provide resolutions - Led factory integration and testing of automation systems (ADS and IDRD). Developed validation plans for the automated systems. Tracked several issues and coordinate with the system venders for permanent solutions - Developed step by step operation procedures for the robot operators. Developed the training and robot - Developed RTP (return to production) procedures for multiple automated systems to ensure system health and system accuracy after mishaps - Team lead of ADS feeds and speeds optimization project which helped reduce aircraft drilling time. This initiative - Improved operator ticketing anomaly system and gathered data for machine uptime/downtime analysis. This system - Supported Coatings team to improve the quality of the application and validated that the system is spraying in accordance to the manufacturing requirements - Performed Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Coatings robotic system
