- Posting the ads for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, E3, TN, EAD, H4EAD, and Green Card candidates for IT Training and W-2 Hiring
- H1 transfers on employer payroll GC Processing covered (if required
- Experience in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, and headhunting with minimum Turn-around-Time
- Fetching resumes of consultants who are looking for an H1 transfer from online job boards and discussing and inconveniencing them and explaining about employment benefits
- Approaching Consultants through various channels, implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Coordinating with Accounts team and Consultant to get them on board without failure
