- Provide guests with information about menu items
- Maintain smooth and efficient flow of guests into and out of assigned sections
- Pick up food in the kitchen and deliver to guests according to established protocols
- Prepare salads and appetizers to back up kitchen staff
- Prepare tables, rolled silverware and expertly polished glassware for optimal presentation
- Serve guest promptly, courteously and professionally
- Prepare special orders including cakes, holiday dishes and party platters
- Maintain indoor and outdoor dining areas by removing trash, wiping down tables and restocking napkin dispensers
- Maintain a positive attitude
