-Global payroll coordinator, processing payroll for all international locations
-Responsible for financial reconciliation for monthly payroll for each office.
-LTIC tracking – including cliff vesting at 3rd anniversary and new investments

-Benchmarking spreadsheet creation utilizing external sources e.g. compensation surveys and recruitment agency market data.

-Coordinate and generate data analytics reporting on headcount, recruitment, retention, diversity, cost analysis, for internal stakeholders, investors and regulators – quarterly, annual and ad hoc basis
-Extract data from HR systems and provide local, regional, and global reporting on a regular or ad hoc basis.
