    • PERSONAL ASSISTANTS: *Recruiting and hiring of Personal Assistants, with final selection reserved for Jen Boyle *Onboarding PAs upon hiring, including handbook review, sub-contractor agreement, I9 forms, and a thorough training of the More Lifestyle Management brand and philosophy. *Upon the completion of new hire training, the new PA will then be turned over to the Transitional Manager for integration into client services *Maintaining daily contact with established PAs to ensure they are being supported in every way to best serve our clients. *Troubleshooting any unforeseen circumstances, so that the PA can continue with their daily workflow. *Organizing weekly Team Meetings to ensure that all business practices are adhered to, through education. *Addressing performance issues in a timely manner and offering quantifiable performance improvements that are clear and concise. *Maintaining accountability throughout the team, ensuring weekly goals are met. BOOKEEPING: *Managing the daily recaps, ensuring that the hours reported for both More Lifestyle Management and the clients are accurate. *Ensuring that vendors, such as cleaners, etc are paid in accordance to their vendor agreement. *Communicating with the Accountant accurately and timely, to ensure their time is best utilized. *Recording and reporting payroll hours and invoice hours. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: *Recruiting and vetting potential service vendors. *Ensuring that an appropriate Vendor Agreement is signed and in place. *Promoting our vendors services via social media platforms and personal appearances. *Anticipating the needs of our clients, and educating them on the many services available. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: *Formulating and executing a Business Development plan to establish new opportunities for growth. *Prospecting through networking events & outbound campaigns *Developing a target list of high-end residential and professional communities to reach the broadest cross section of prospects.
