• Built Nissan's first connected analytics platform to analyze billions of events generated in real-time from millions of cars across five countries in North America.
• Integrated Nissan mobile app interaction data with five other data sources through Snowflake and Tableau, which powered parameterized SQL queries in a new modular performance insights system to enable self-service analytics.
• Defined and implemented key performance indicators (KPIs) to allow product engineering teams to monitor and improve system availability by identifying vehicle production failures and system outages.
