• Proposed and implemented new performance review process by researching target metrics and meeting with managers to determine quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Oversaw data migration from ADP Run to Paycom (HRIS) by auditing and preparing import files.

• Gathering candidate resumes utilizing job search engines, pre-screening candidates via phone, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers. Providing job offers to candidates, employment verification, processing I-9s, and verifying background checks.
• Process termination packets (final applicable pay, final paycheck acknowledgement, final paycheck previews, returning company property/equipment).
• Maintain and update employee files by tracking pre-hire and post-hire checklists, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
