My Southeastern Grocers (“SEG”) internship focused on creating an instructional video for the Human Resources department entitled How Do You SEG? The purpose of the video is to educate and inform our associates on SEG’s new focus on cultivating a culture of purpose, highlighting the company’s Ways of Being and reaffirming to our associates “You can always count on us!". In an effort to attain and retain talented individuals, the video will also serve as a highlight reel conveying senior level management’s commitment to establishing a common culture among ALL levels of associates and reinforcing the notion SEG is a great place to shop and work. The video will be featured in a module on our online training platform and eventually public faced on our company's social media feeds and website.
