- Program staff based on knowledge of Government policies and company procedures in the following security disciplines: Physical, Personnel, OPSEC, COMSEC, Crisis Management, and Contract/Subcontract Security
- Able to interpret and execute and ensure compliance for a security program for an IC client
- Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC, visitor control, etc
- Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from Government customer
- Develop and implement procedures to satisfy company and Government contract performance, statements of work, task orders, proposals and other requirements
- Conduct security education briefings to ensure compliance
- Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken, when required
- Developed necessary guidelines, monitoring policies, and enforcing standards for cybersecurity frameworks and industry best practices supporting National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) execution
