- Expedite and record timeline of subjects screening to enrollment process through day to day through coordination with clinical research managers, vendors, and transportation systems - Provide weekly updates from vendors to the study team and facilitate any inconsistencies or inquiries regarding operational reports such as site status, queries, user accesses, supplies, etc - Escalate and reconcile any inconsistencies of AE or clinically important protocol deviation with the clinical scientists and medical monitoring team
