- Manages the daily operations of the division of Learning & Development, including professional development training program coordination, budget compilation, and marketing of programs
- Distributes Collective Bargaining Agreements to new employees
- Collaborates with the Payroll, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Hiring departments
- Oversees the division's learning management system and university's performance development system
- Co-produced the inaugural, 2020 three-day virtual student worker supervision academy for Temple University
- Plans major staff events such as Administrative Professionals' Day
