- Assistant supports the efforts of the Activity Director in the assessing, planning, designing, organizing, and implementing of recreational services to address the individualized needs and interests of the overall resident/patient population within the center - Providing recommendations to enhance the expenditure of the business in order to allocate funds for activities - Collecting, compiling, interpreting trends and data reports of activities presented to residents/patients - Analyzing the behavioral trends of the activities presented to ensure overall improvement and quality of the programs
