    - Orchestrated qualification plan of EBS data-plane software (DPS) running on AWS Nitro cards to ensure EC2 R6a instances use Scalable Reliable Datagram (SRD) transport protocol to deliver improved IOPS performance by 50% on AMD platforms - Implemented feature metrics using EBS Stats for client-server TLS handshake path to enable NVMr (NVMe over SRD) session persistence for new EBS HDD volume type, providing visibility into critical issues on production fleet of ~5K servers - Established automated feature testing suite for pre-release validation to verify roll-forward/roll-back, app live-update, I/O workloads, latencies using EC2 testing infrastructure and integrated into pre-deployment pipeline - Shipped critical feature to propagate physical link information between EBS DPS and TORs by leveraging ARP on fleet of ~4M AL5+ AWS Nitro cards - Participated in on-call rotations, investigated core dumps using GDB and remediated high severity customer issues
