• • Perform Cash Flow Forecast(s) to recommend working capital management decisions • Develop Projected Income Statements and Break-Even Analyses to evaluate the firm’s trajectory • Issue strategic Annual Sales Outlook to help set targets; execute Seasonally Adjusted Revenue Projections • Develop Capacity Utilization Model for workforce optimization, and scenario analysis to deduce minimum labor hours capacity requirements at hypothetical or actual staffing, utilization, and profit levels • Generate Billable vs. Non-billable Trend Analyses on engineering project hours • Issue Equipment Lease Amortization Schedules; track/record all lease agreements, invoices, & charges • Follow up with lessor(s) regarding discrepancies between contract terms, invoices, etc.; develop and update Consolidated Lease(s) Tracker; assist IT Director in determining best equipment financing options • Develop Potential New Hire Value Assessment Model to assess ROI & payback period on any given potential human capital investment(s) under various quantitative criteria/assumptions • Measure Sales Volatility using SMA & MACD as lagging indicators for predicting trends & trend reversals • Review financial statements periodically to detect & remediate reporting errors which are reviewed with team • Communicate directly with Bureau of Labor & Statistics to provide Current Employment Statistics Survey data • Generate Book-to-Bill-to-Collection analysis to spot unusually high or low demand • Calculate annual company 401k match contribution against employee salary deferrals • Reconcile accounts, create entries, check expense report charges, research PO system for supporting docs, etc.
