- Support Services venture consulting leading and facilitating operational improvement functions across all 52 hospitals in 9 states - Providing support to the Senior Vice President (SVP), Executive Director, and the Director of Support Services at Corporate by managing organization-wide project management tasks. Oversight of the governance functions including conducting studies, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and standardization - Managed the cross-functional teams during the system support services governance process to identify roles and responsibilities, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and schedules to ensure the resolution and execution of determined system governance ancillary strategies - Consult with executive, departmental, and initiative leaders on the effective integration of corporate services plans with market input and the strategic framework to ensure alignment, reduce friction, and add value to our markets - Achievements - Led the Central Florida North Division COVID-19 vaccination process at all AdventHealth North region facilities for streamlining start to finish process of delivering COVID-19 vaccination. 8000+ vaccinations delivered with zero safety issues. This was the project in coordination with the Florida Department of Health - Established service lines in different fields Gastroenterology, Neurosurgery, Robotic surgery & clinical procedures for the East Florida Region - Led multiple modality initiatives across over 52 hospitals, ensuring effective management and coordination utilizing the Governance structure and select committees model. Established new policies, procedures, and standards for critical areas - Developed and managed project plans associated with Merger and Acquisition activities, collaborating with various team members and facilities to ensure timely completion
