    • Manages both News and Late Night inventory for over fifty client accounts. • Builds strong relationships by communicating and negotiating via phone and email with media buyers from numerous agencies on a daily basis. • Pulls stewardship report to give clients their delivery and impressions per Upfront and/or Scatter deals based on Nielsen ratings. • Sends clients estimated program positioning prior to the start of the show (pre-logs), and relays actual air times (post-logs) when requested. • Re-prices unit costs and shifts inventory to meet client accounts weekly goals and dollars. • Successfully fills commercial spots by asking buyers for client move requests and/or offers Audience Deficiency Units. • Oversees "day of air" traffic and assists the traffic team to resolve issues with billboard materials, ISCI codes, and media tapes. • Collaboratively works with the billing team to clear invoice discrepancies and to solve any other billing issues. • Assists News/Late Night Account Executives and the Vice President of Late Night with any duties assigned.
