Train & Earn Case Manager

• Follow-up with participants after completing the Train & Earn Program • Maintain participant case notes and accurately record case notes using Capricorn • Provide problem solving tips and mentorship to youth with diverse needs facing a variety of barriers (high poverty, homelessness, basic skills deficient, juvenile offenders, foster youth, etc.) • Facilitate professional development workshops and informative trainings as needed • Administer and grade the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) for all participants • Coordinate industry focused mentorship opportunities for all young adults
