- Customer Experience Program
- Actively participate in promoting the Unleashing Excellence initiative the Customer Thermometer Program, and the Voice of the Customer Program, including data collection from our various listening/measurement data points
- Prepare monthly survey reports focusing on the Customer Experience through the lens of the customer with/for both internal customers (employees) and external customers while recognizing and developing areas for improvement
- Encon University/Training Program
- Create, assign, and track attendance on trainings on the Paylocity LMS
- Assist with administrative tasks of developing and maintaining ENCON University's programs, class schedule, catered food orders, and expense reports, including invoices, payments, and requisitions
- Maintain a calendar for all internal and external training classes at ENCON, coordinate schedules with staff and vendors, including booking training rooms, and synchronize with ENCON managers to schedule their staff for classes
- Organize all information into a primary spreadsheet format for data collection and analysis
- Coordinate and greet trainers, find out their needs, and help prepare and distribute materials as needed
- Review, sort, distribute, and file various materials including attendance sheets, training material, etc
- Apprenticeship Program
- Register ENCON employees for the State of Connecticut Apprenticeship Program, as well as additional forms and documents required throughout the length of each individual's program
- Enroll employees in various instructional programs
- Update an Apprenticeship spreadsheet to keep track of all Apprentices within the programs
- Check in with Apprentices regularly (weekly/biweekly) to ensure they are on the right track and provide assistance to Apprentices who may need guidance or advice during their program
- Monitor Apprentice's modules and lessons in the Penn Foster Program
- Keep track of the ratio of Licensed Technicians to Apprentices and request Ratio Relief from the State of Connecticut when necessary
- ENCON Monthly Update Meeting
- Run reports for the Bid and Sold results for various departments throughout ENCON and update the data on a master results chart, and the monthly presentation graph and table slides
- Use data from accounting to update the Bonus Multipliers
- Use Customer Thermometer comments and responses to give shout outs to members of the service department and update the NPS based on Customer Thermometer scores and reviews
- Update ENCON University slides to showcase attended and upcoming Training sessions
- Update Human Resources slides to share new hires, new parents, milestones reached, promotions, etc
- Inform and assist the individuals representing each department each month
