Deerhold is a healthcare products, services, and analytics company headquartered in Lexington, Massachusetts, USA. My primary focus was on US healthcare data for mobile and web applications. I was responsible for managing multiple engineering teams and clients for various projects while aligning with project and organizational goals. My responsibilities included: • Handling multiple projects, including US healthcare mobile applications, an e-commerce application, and transparency in coverage application for US healthcare data. • Managing an engineering team to execute project plans by allocating resources. • Hold weekly meetings with stakeholders to plan project features, roadmap, strategy, and product backlog to complete projects within the given timeline and budget. • Conducting scrum events such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retro sessions using the Agile methodologies. • Utilizing Jira as a project management tool for creating sprint boards, backlogs, search query filters, automation rules, and dashboards for detailed visualization and tracking of project activities. • Documenting the project plan, process, feature requirements, and meeting minutes on a regular basis.
