∙ Drove the design and implementation of USB data transfer functionality on an application console called Opshub for AWS data migration and edge compute Snow devices, including Snowball and Snowcone. Ultimately allowed customers, especially those with limited space/bandwidth or in rugged environments to upload terabytes of data from USB devices to S3 buckets by simply inserting the USB(s) into a Snow device ∙ Iterated on this feature’s user experience and interface using Figma and developed proficiency in Typescript, React, internal build systems, code reviews, and unit testing while implementing a scalable interface for customers to manage their attached USB devices and EC2 instances, start a data transfer, and dynamically view the status and result of said transfer, all in an expeditious, secure manner
