Built and deployed a React (Typescript) web app in collaboration with the Chief Research Information Officer and Faculty Data Scientist to enhance the researcher onboarding process, incorporating Material UI for a user-friendly interface and cohesive visual design. Designed and implemented a generative AI assistant using Amazon Q, leveraging Amazon web crawler connector to gather a comprehensive dataset from the company website, which informed and enhanced the AI's capabilities. Streamlined source code management and automated deployments using GitLab CI/CD pipelines and SCP for secure file transfers, enhancing efficiency and security. This led to the successful and reliable deployment of the application on an internal server. Utilized Python and libraries including pandas, NumPy, re, and seaborn for comprehensive data analytics projects, delivering pivotal insights that shaped organizational strategy and operations. Applied these tools to craft an intricate organizational network map, showcasing the connections among ~10,000 employees to enhance internal networking and collaboration. Utilized pandas for data cleaning and preprocessing, adeptly handling missing values and outliers to ensure data integrity for analysis.
