- Demonstrate sufficient fundamental proficiency to assist and perform clinical care including but not limited to vital signs, phlebotomy, specimen collection and point of care testing (flu swabbing, strep swabbing, urinalysis, etc.) as directed by unit standards - Assure a safe environment for all patients - Work with pediatric patients and their parents - Serves as a liaison for communication and education of patient and family needs
