Summary: Y Analytics is a public benefit organization launched by TPG and The Rise Fund to help capital allocators make informed decisions about the impact of their investments. Y Analytics curates and translates research, combines it with investment data, and generates impact assessments that TPG uses to make investment decisions and track progress. • Performed ESG diligence screenings for companies across a broad spectrum of industries including: Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy Infrastructure, Software & IT, Education, and various others. Diligence process: • o Used SASB metrics to identify company-specific and industry-agnostic risks to create tailored ESG frameworks that Y Analytics could apply to specific firms; • o Conducted research to determine a company’s exposure to risks outlined in the ESG framework; • o Compiled analysis into a wholistic slide deck and presented findings to the diligence team. • Helped calculate and explain the projected emissions and relevant environmental impacts of potential TPG investments. • This data informed the diligence team to the exact climate-related risks a target company held. • Performed general climate-impact, regulatory, technology, and industry related research to provide context and depth on • various projects. • Completed various ad hoc tasks including: automating excel documents, performing background diligence, creating slide • decks, and analyzing data sets
