• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to develop a feature which optimizes and automates repossessions – increasing repossession speed, and generating $9M in annualized returns.
• Research governmental regulations and create work breakdown structure within Clickup to define an initiative which updates the current dialer campaign. This allows Carvana and Drivetime to satisfy TCPA compliance requirements.
• Align with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Engineering, and BI in refining acceptance criteria and feature builds – resulting in streamlined product handoffs to IT, leveraging TargetProcess (Jira equivalent).
• Working knowledge of Agile and Kanban workflows, utilizing ClickUp and Miro as a source of truth for outlining product priorities, KPIs, direction, and vision – resulting in Bridgecrest achieving product and leadership goals.
• Analysis of data to identify enhancement opportunities, increasing efficiency between product and executive leadership.
