- Create and Prepare Plea Agreements, Information and Personal Data Sheets as requested by attorneys. Create and Prepare Indictments, 18 USC -1326, 1326(b)(1), 1324, 1544, 1546, 371, 1001, on daily basis or as requested by attorneys for grand jury
- Create and Prepare Dismissals, Motion to Detain, Extensions
- Coordinate interviews and debriefs, by securing an interview room, prepare debrief and proffer letter forward to the proper chain to include the United States Marshals Office for the transporting of the inmate
- Examining, preparing, and processing a variety of technical legal documents, e.g., complaints, motions, orders, answers, pleadings, subpoenas, and libels
- Proofread and cite check legal briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents, aiding attorneys in trial preparation by conducting non-complex research of litigation, statutes, regulations, and court cases
- Assemble exhibits, affidavits, and other legal documents
- Assemble organized files and records material for disposition or transfer to records depository
- Responsible for the tracking of discoveries
- Maintains calendar
- Scans, loads, and index documents into a legal case management database
- Tracking filing, hearing, trials dates, and scheduling conference and interviews
- Producing a variety of written documents and materials using a wide range of office software applications
- Performs data entry, indexing as needed, redact documents
- Assure documents are organized for efficient automated storage and retrieval by preparing proper indices, defining data file search criteria and indexing/coding
- Performs the following tasks while complying with established procedures: compiles, prepares, and summarizes relevant materials for use by attorneys in discovery and in preparation of motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Liaison among all parties including court or other neutrals for scheduling and sharing information. Organize and manage documents, including the creation of spreadsheets and retrieval systems
