• Identify client's need by resolving issues, and positioning appropriate solutions and services to best meet those needs including low cost products
• Train for client-facing roles, including instruction to attain FINRA Series license
• Assist investors with managing their accounts dealing with opening accounts, mutual fund transactions, asset transfers, rollovers, paperwork walk-through, and investment guidance
• Receive call volume of 40-60 calls per day in an inbound call center environment
• Demonstrate client relationship management skills through asking open-ended questions, showing empathy, active listening, building rapport, and positioning
