• After my father became ill and the department I led could no longer support a full-time employee. I moved home to work with my brother to finish the year’s harvest and care for the cattle over the winter. My Father’s carcinoma was more severe than anticipated so I stayed for a another year while he slowly improved. After having the opportunity to be available when my family needed me, they are strongly encouraging me to continue pursuing my career and I very excited to take on a new role.
